Our patient feedback process includes a structured questionnaire covering key hospital services:

Dormitory Guidelines

Compliance with Dormitory Rules

  • Minimum age for admission is 5 years, maximum age is 14 years, and a fee of ₹500 is required.
  • Monthly fee is ₹100, payable in advance.
  • Admission is based on merit, and priority is given to children of devotees.
  • Admission is limited to 24 students per batch.
  • Parents must ensure their children are punctual and disciplined.
  • Students must wear uniforms.
  • Students must bring their own notebooks and stationery.
  • Mobile phones are strictly prohibited.
  • Parents are not allowed inside the classroom.
  • Attendance is mandatory, and leave must be informed in advance.
  • Students must follow the instructions of the teachers and maintain discipline.
  • No discrimination based on caste, religion, or gender will be tolerated.

At Adichunchanagiri Hospital, registration is easy and accessible.

  • We have one main registration counter at the hospital's entrance and 10 other counters across the campus.
  • These counters are open throughout the day to serve you without delays.
  • A nominal fee of ₹30 is charged for registration.
  • You’ll receive an OPD card after registration, which is valid for one year.
  • You can renew your card easily using the same unique ID provided during your first visit.
  • Please carry your OPD card and any medical reports every time you visit the hospital.

Admission Guidelines

If a doctor advises you to get admitted:

  • You’ll be guided to the Admission Counter for further steps, including counselling about your hospital stay and completing formalities.
  • The hospital has 1151 beds for inpatients, including 120 beds for critical care
  • We offer a range of ward options to suit your needs: General Ward, Semi-Special Ward, Private Single Rooms (A/C & None A/C), Deluxe Rooms, Suite Rooms
